Cancellation Policy

If the customer requests cancellation within 15 minutes of creating the request, the full amount will be refunded to their bank account or the application wallet.

By agreeing, you accept that if the service provider waits for 30 minutes upon arrival and the customer does not show up, the request will be closed, and visitation fees will be incurred.

If a technician is booked at the wrong address (due to incorrect address input or booking in the wrong location), and the service provider arrives at the provided address, the request will be closed for visitation.

The customer does not have the right to specify the nationality of the service provider. A competent technician with a high rating will be assigned to provide the service, and if the service is not completed, the request will be closed, and visitation fees may apply.
