Your use of “zabt” application and your providing of personal information to us constitutes your approval to the terms outlined in this agreement. References to the “application” or “we” represent zabt, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. “You” or “the user” represents any person using zabt application. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the application.

Do we collect your personal data?

The “electronic application” collects the information you provide when registering in the “electronic application” and placing orders in a record together with the information we have obtained about you through your use of our website, including gathering information about the transactions you perform on the “electronic application”.

We may also collect additional information related to your participation in any of the offers we provide. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and the use of the application, which enables us to improve the service we offer. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not accept it during registration, as your personal identity remains anonymous while browsing the website without logging into the application using a username and activating your account through a confirmation code sent to your mobile. However, “zabt Website” collects and stores the following information even if you do not log into the website:

You can terminate your account at any time; however, your stored information may remain in the archives on the servers of the “website” even after deleting or terminating your account.

How do we use personal data?

We will not use your personal information for any purpose other than fulfilling the service with you. We do not rent, sell, or share your personal information, and it may be used for marketing purposes and offers by service providers activated on our platform.

Disclosure also includes assisting in investigating or preventing actions related to illegal or unauthorized activities, suspected fraud, or actions that pose a risk to the safety and security of any person or in cases of violation of the “Terms of Use” or for defence against legal claims.

Special circumstances may include compliance with summonses, court orders, request/order from regulatory authorities.

Acceptance

Your acceptance of the terms and conditions signifies the establishment of a contractual relationship between you and zabt. This acceptance includes all terms and conditions, whether they are verbal or written, including the prices displayed in the application.

Service Execution Time

The customer agrees to a “service access window” by the technician, either one hour prior or up to two hours later. The customer will be reminded of the appointment through notifications, calls, emails, or text messages. In the event that the technician arrives and there is no response, the service request will be closed, and visitation fees may apply.

Pricing Policy

Payment Policy

Payment is made in advance upon submitting the request, and it is made in full for the amount displayed for the priced services in the application. Payment can be made through various payment methods, including electronic payment,  Mada, or pay in cash after service

  All financial obligations are in Saudi Riyals.

Rescheduling Policy

The customer has the right to reschedule the request once only, free of charge, provided that it is done at least two hours before the scheduled service time.

If the customer requests a revisit to complete the work, a second appointment must be scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours.

If additional visits are required to complete the work, the new appointment will be coordinated between the technician and the customer, and a text message will be sent to confirm the appointment.

If the customer wishes to provide spare parts, the request will be rescheduled once, with a maximum rescheduling period of 3 days. If the parts are not provided within the specified time, the service request will be closed, and visitation fees may apply.

If the request is rescheduled more than twice, there may be a rescheduling fee of 10 SAR.

Return Policy

The amount will be refunded to the bank account if the payment method is MADA within 3-7 business days.

The amount will be refunded to the application wallet within 1 business day.

Agreement Outside the Application

If the remaining amount of the labor work order is paid in cash, Zabt is not responsible for any damages in case an agreement is reached with the service provider to carry out the work outside the application.

What law do the terms comply with?

The “Terms of Use” and their interpretation, implementation, and all aspects thereof are subject to the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its judicial authorities.

Our Responsibility

While we will make efforts to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, the transmission conducted over the internet cannot be entirely secure. By using this “website,” you agree that we do not assume any responsibility for the disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized actions by third parties.

We reserve the right to change or update our policy at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the “website.”

The services or information obtained from the “application” or through it are provided “as is” and “as available”, and therefore “Zabt” Application” will not be responsible under any circumstances for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, losses, or expenses incurred in relation to this “application” or its use or inability to use by any party, or in relation to any performance failure, error, omission, interruption, malfunction, delay in operation or transmission, or due to viruses, line or system failures, whether resulting from a breach of the “Terms of Use,” warranties, negligence, or liability related to the services or information or otherwise, even if “Zabt Application” or its representatives were made aware of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.

Right to Modify the Terms of Use

“Zabt Application” has the absolute right to modify the “Terms of Use” for the website at any time without notice or prior warning. You can access the latest version of the “Terms of Use” at any time on the website. If you do not accept the modifications to the “Terms of Use,” you must discontinue using this website.

If you continue to use this website, you implicitly agree to comply with the modified terms of use when using this website.

How do we notify Zabt users of any updates to the Usage Policy?

We do not send any notifications or emails regarding updates to the usage policy. However, you can always find out about any updates by checking the last updated date of this policy, which is located at the bottom of this page.
